Where are you located?
We are a home daycare located in the Chino Preserve community—just 2 minutes from Discovery Park, and only 2 minutes from both Legacy Academy and Rondo Elementary.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Early drop-off and late pick-up are available for an additional fee.

Do children take naps?
Yes. 2-5-year-old full time children have a daily nap time.
If a child does not wish to sleep, they may quietly read a book or do a quiet activity on their cot. Children are expected to remain calm and not disturb others who are resting.

Can my child attend if they are not potty trained? Do you help with potty training?
Yes! We accept children who are not yet potty trained.
Parents provide diapers, and we will take care of diapering. When parents are ready to begin potty training, we will support and help guide the process at daycare.

Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes, healthy lunch and AM/PM snacks will be provided according to the daycare schedule. A menu of all food served is provided to parents each week.

Do you provide school pick-up for elementary school children?
Yes! We accept children who are not yet potty trained.
Parents provide diapers, and we will take care of diapering. When parents are ready to begin potty training, we will support and help guide the process at daycare.

Do I still need to pay tuition while we are traveling or if my child is sick?
As we operate with limited space, we are unable to hold your child’s spot unless tuition is paid. If you anticipate frequent travel or absences, our weekly payment plan offers a 50% discount to help reserve your spot during full-week absences due to illness or travel. Families may choose either a weekly payment plan or a 4-week payment plan at the time of enrollment. The selected payment plan must remain the same for one full year and cannot be changed to receive discounts.

How do you handle behavior and discipline?
We use positive guidance and redirection to help children learn appropriate behavior, problem-solving, and social skills.

How can I enroll or schedule a tour?
Please contact us to schedule a tour or learn more about enrollment. Please check availability and feel free to schedule a tour. Tours are only available after school hours, starting at 5:30 PM.
